Hi — we’re Lens Society Events. We’re based in the Greater Philadelphia metro, and after years of experience in event planning, photo-booth rentals and live-event design, we decided to build a brand that truly does it all: full-service planning and a next-gen photo-booth experience. Why? Because your event deserves more than a checklist — it deserves to be an experience.

Our Story

Founded by Raylene and her team, we’ve spent years watching clients settle for “good enough” when their event could have been exceptional. We’ve seen the vendor mis-communications, the décor that fell flat, the photo-booth that looked fun but left guests frustrated. So we said: no more. Let’s build a company that combines strategy, design, logistics and tech — so every event is seamless, memorable, and fun from start to finish.

Raelyn McNeill

Founder & Lead Planner

Hello! I’m Raelyn McNeil, owner and event planner for Beyond Decor By Rae.

I’m a suburban gal from a small suburban town west of Philadelphia, PA.   I currently reside in Maryland with my loving husband and the mom to the best son ever.   I served in the social services field for over 15 years.  

 

So you may want to know how I got here.   After a little soul searching, undecided whether I should go back to school, I signed up for a wedding mentoring class that assisted in the process of launching my Event Planning Business.  I’m a natural born planner.   I have a quick brain therefore, I love a challenge, am solution focused and I’m great with details.

 

I’ve planned kid’s parties, anniversaries and weddings for pure pleasure.   After careful thought, it only made sense to start my own business, especially because of my eye for creativity, drive for perfection and ambition to thrive in whatever I set my mind to.

I believe my experience as a professional in the social services field may have helped prepare me for this dream of mine.  As I work with each of my clients, my approach is person centered to meet their desires and needs.  My eye for style, client centered approach and attention to detail is my gift to share with you and it is beyond décor!
