Our Full-Service Event Planning package is designed for clients who want hands-on support from the very first “yes” to the final farewell. This experience covers every element of your celebration, from venue scouting and vendor coordination to design, logistics, and flawless day-of execution.

This package includes:

• Creative consultation and collaboration with all event professionals

Six-Week Coordination

Our Six-Week Coordination package is designed for couples who want expert support during the final stretch of planning. Starting six weeks before your wedding, we step in to review, refine, and confirm every detail you’ve planned. We make sure your vision flows smoothly from rehearsal to reception, managing all timelines, logistics, and those beautiful final touches.

With our team on-site for both the rehearsal and the wedding day, you’ll have the peace of mind that everything is running perfectly — from setup to send-off.

This package includes:

• Confirmation calls with all vendors during the week before your event
• Oversight of ceremony and reception setup, design, and breakdown

We manage the flow, timing, and behind-the-scenes details so you can stay focused on celebrating — not troubleshooting. From your rehearsal to the last dance, our coordinators keep everything organized, on schedule, and stress-free.

• Rehearsal ceremony coordination and timeline facilitation
• Wedding day coordination (up to 10 hours of on-site management)
• Supervision of ceremony and reception design, setup, and breakdown
