Services

Lens Society Events provides event planning, coordination, design, décor services, photo booth rentals, kids programming, and related event services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Consultations & Bookings

Consultations may be free or paid, depending on the service offered. Booking a consultation does not guarantee service availability for your event date.

Any proposals, packages, or pricing shared after consultation are subject to change until a signed agreement and deposit are received.

Payments & Deposits

Deposits are required to secure event dates
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement
Final balances must be paid according to the contract timeline
Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms outlined in your signed agreement.

Lens Society Events reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide appropriate resolution.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

-Provide accurate information

-Respond to requests in a timely manner

-Ensure safe and appropriate event environments

-Obtain necessary venue permissions

Lens Society Events is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Lens Society Events and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lens Society Events is not liable for:

-Vendor performance or failures

-Acts of nature, weather, or force majeure

-Guest behavior or third-party actions

-Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Third-Party Vendors

While we may recommend vendors, Lens Society Events is not responsible for contracts, performance, or disputes between clients and third-party vendors.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
